I need to do a few of those myself.  Luckily, the floors are in great shape.

The Ramcharger, being the original CRO-MAGNON 4x4, makes it PERFECTLY suited to the "Flintstone braking system" that so many of us in the salty northeast have experienced!  :laughing7:

That is one giant front bumper.  Will that hold a hidden winch or is that solid?

What made you go with a pintle hitch?  Just for the military look or some other reason?

Looks real good Eric and error.... Noah.  :13:

Man, sweet looking painted sand. Nice touch. Kinda torn on mine. Haven't decided (when the time comes) to either go with close to original paint scheme (except mine would be root beer metallic, tan, root beer metallic) straight gloss black or,,,,,, straight OD green. In some aspects building military would be cool and less expensive in some areas (interior especially) BUT, bumpers, fuel can holders, rifle mounts,,, that can get pricey. (yes, mil rifles mounts. If you're going to do it, DO IT RIGHT. ;D)

Ordered some more parts.
Zero Rate Blocks with 3* Taper. This will allow me to move the front axle forward and the rear axle back. Once I get back We will make some more progress. Noah Is working on it when he can. Wireing is a big project so he defently has his hands full. Lance Is working on the top getting rid of the rust and prepping it for paint. Lots more to do. Still need to measure for driveshafts which noah has spent alot of time doing. This will be are first rig to order custom driveshafts and yokes for. So we want to get it right.

If noah has anymore updates or pictures I will post them .

Yours has a 6" lift you said but does Noah's Power Wagon have a lift?

Just curious because depending on who you ask, some people say that I will need custom driveshafts with a 4 " lift.  The kit I bought came with a 2* shim and a 2" angled block.  Looks to be 2* also.

Yup im running 6 inchs of lift plus i plant to change it a bit for alot more flex.

Noah's PW has between 2-4 inchs of lift. Closer to 2-3inchs they were used springs so we have no clue what they were orgianly rated.
You don;t need a custom driveshaft for 4inchs lift unless you have some super flexy suspension. You can easily grind the tabs on the CV and lengthing the driveshaft. Lenthging a drive shaft isn;t very expensive. But You don;t always have too. It all depends how much your suspension moves. I ran 4 inch lift on my M880 with  stock driveshaftes. Didn't have a problem until the straps came loose and the drive shaft acted like a pogo stick under neigth the truck.
