Okay, anyone want to buy my red truck.  82 RC, 90 360 TBI, 390 gears, limited slip in the rear, home made body, electric seats, 33x12.50 Firestone Mud Terrains, American Racing Baja wheels.

$1200

AND, then I will buy Nick's truck.

Hey Ron, did Nick put that truck on CL.  I saw one on there that looked just like it.

Why doesn't he just go back to the original setup and get it running.  That's gotta be the deal breaker.  No one's sure about it.  I bet it would sell real quick in running condition and he could sell the other setup separately.  Does he still have the original parts to get it going again?

You don't understand. It is running. It just needs to be fine tuned.

The fine tuning part is what takes so long. My 92 magnum (stock setup) runs (and will soon be drivable) but its not tuned. Setting the fuel sync on these earlier versions is a real PITA

I'm home sick today and getting some pics ready for a prospective buyer.  If I don't get something going soon on it I will part it out.  Matched axles with 390 gears and a rear limited slip.  360 TBI that runs.  727/208, electric seats for the Willyreplica, tires and wheels, cameras, gun safe, on board air, battery and more...

Hope you feel better soon... but please don't part it out .... I can't afford all the stuff I might want off it right now  :laughing7:

My fear is that I will want to keep it all. Would the axles with the 390 gears and the 33s go good with the magnum 360?

Well it has a 727 behind it right? yours have a 727 or a 518?

Either way I think it would work good. I have 392's on the 2000 now and it works good. I think 390's would be the smallest you would want with 33's

Its why I need more gear for the 93, it has 33's granted those tires are trash and I need new ones, but I would like to keep the 33's on it.

Actually, it should be 390 gears in the 9 1/4 and 392 in the D44.  If they get much farther apart than that you begin to have traction problems on slick surfaces.  I had a ferd suspension once that had 354 in the front and 350 in the back.  Both axles had limited slip.  It could not be driven on ice.  The rear axle was determined to pass the front.
