ProjectM880

As some you know, I aquired a 1980 w200 a little under a year ago. And some how I keep finding reason not to get it going again for a meet. Well a few months ago I started working on it and Got a dana 60 and a 6 inch lift on up front. And the "plan" is to finish the rear when i get home in a week. I have hopes to retire the jeep for awhile and concentrate on w200 enough were it will be reliable and comfortable enough to take on Meets. Then I can finally get back to work on the M880! or do something else with it. I havnt decided. Kind of a big project.

So what the latest on your project?

Yup LWB Utiline, I find them n craiglist everyonce in awhile. There is a 2wd D100 in texas on craigslist right now.
If your asking whats mounted in the bed its actaully a fuel tank with a aux fuel pump attachted to it. Used to fill up ranch equipment and such. It came with the truck and is the trucks fuel tank since there isn;t a tank under the truck anymore.

I haven't done much of anything to the 318 rebuild since it got so stinking hot down here in the swamp.  I plan on hitting it hard between hunts when it cools down a bit. It's been sitting in my garage for a few months now with a towel thrown over it to keep out the dust.  I've purchased just about everything I need to put it back together though.  Just waiting for the wx to cool :great:

Well, I sold my 77 RC but bought a 79 RC. That is currently getting new 2.5" duals installed. When it comes home the engine (360) is getting pulled and I'm going to reseal the engine and put a new input seal in the tranny. Already put new shocks, sway bar link bushings and 3 row radiator in it. It's going to get a electric fan as well. I was doing the trans pan and cutting out the exhaust on the 79 when that pic was taken.

Also just brought home a dune buggy that I bought from a good friend of mine before he died 10 years ago. That will be a slow project. Basically starting over with just the frame and trans.

Is it a parts issue or is there not enough bodies in the shop to work on it? :017: Since May is a long time to wait for that thing to get worked on. I hope its worth it.
