So figured out that the front axle was a 3.55 not a 4.11 like we thought.

Currently its now a "full custom 2wd" truck, as we did not have all the parts required to get the new carrier and gears installed.

will be going back down in a few weeks to get it all back together and hope to have the spare tire carrier finished as well.
