the computer is fully programable , he had it on a turbo v8 nissan but is going multiport so he wants to sell this as a complete kit the only thing missing is the sensor for the exhaust but can probably throw one that works in there.

Like anything I think you can put it wherever you want and route the wiring as you see fit , I've tought of using a relay board from the aftermarket but this seems like a cheaper option and I like cheaper ,

yeah I have the headlights on relays , plus one for the pusbutton on the shitfer another for the switch that cuts the power out of the pushbutton ,plus another for the trans cooler fan , and I think I'm going to add a few others for other stuff, so its a good solution you gave me. plus I think I can hide it under the dash or somewhere and clean the engine bay up 

I might use that PDC idea on the trucks , should clean up the wiring too 

I for one believe the ford its a poser truck    and the ram may not be as confortable as a chrysler 300 but it wasn't ment to be and does what it was ment to do.

for 1/2 ton there was only the Dana44 5lug , the Dana 60 is easy to spot being 8lug and bigger in everything and its harder to find.

if you're going to swap the whole axle , just remove one and put the other one in place ofcourse the gears have to match with the ones on the front. the other way is just swap axleshafts and drums I think

just cheked the rockcharger thread , that's what I was saying but a little more explained 

I can tell you they're a good axle but when the unit bearing fails , its not pretty and maintenance would not help them alot with 35" or bigger tires.

what I would do is use the one you already have and use the knuckles , stub axles , hubs etc from a newer axle. that way you get the best of both words the big hubs and the one piece axles.
