Its official, Its legal!!   Tax lady almost made me mad saying the value was only $700, but then taxes are based on THEIR value, not mine..LOL 

   Next upgrade is electric fans. What is the best setup to look for that fits these radiators the best. i would like to be a dual fan setup. I currently have 1 pusher on the front but its not even worth hooking back up.

Both sides are like this.  Now I just need the gas tank skid plate,  I used to have one around here but seems like it got ran over or something cause it wasn't the correct shape & so it got sent to the scrap pile.

Got the exhaust done last week. got insurance on it today & tomorrow gonna go do an inspection & register it.    The exhaust he used 2" & ran it off the flowmasters down the rear frame & did a 45* toward the bumper then angle cut the tip. Sounds really good and its up where nothing will smash it when I make it back to Hidden Falls...

 

That's great!!  I would want a 4x4 version to tow with.  I know it would make for better towing off road to the camp spot or even as a recovery vehicle... But at least you know whats been done to the truck now.  Just picking one off the lot you really have no clue....

Awesome to hear... Now, money wise was it worth it???  I would love to find something like that but that's way over my skill set.  I would also hate to see what chicken little would charge to travel to me to work on it..

4x's typically have 3.55's or so... I have had 2x's with 3.55 & 2.92's. Might check the new 2x you have Bull.. If its stock & something like a 2.94, get ready to re-gear or do a rear end swap if your gonna tow...

I have 20's on my 06 Quad...  that adds to towing problems in my opinion.  16"-18" tires tow so much better...  Add the short wheel base of the ramcharger, its gonna get fishy.... I Have towed my 20' deck trailer with a ramcharger before.  No matter how I loaded it, it would make me nervous.   This is a pic of the ramcharger I towed with... 440 powered, i sure miss that toy...

Totally agree on trailer brakes & air bags.  I had to have air bags on my 2006 Quad cab just to make the fishtail go away...

I sure hope to be able to make one, would love to go towards General Sam's again too...  I'm really working toward getting this thing legal, so exhaust is next.. When its done I'm gonna make sure its not gonna get crushed when I make it to Hidden Falls again...
