i don't think you would need a double pumper. the carb you linked to i think only has 1 accelerator pump.
* Dual 30cc accelerator pumps (mechanical secondary models only), and annular boosters

learning new thing all the time around this place.

well it looks like it is in the right cfm ball park but i am not so sure of the carb. i have not really seen any that looked quite like that. i have no idea how good it would work or keep tune. i also not sure if it would work very good off road or not.

lol. i got a compressor attached to a 60 gallon tank :13:. i know places like that occasionally have some crappy tools. i know it is hard to tell if it is a good or bad tool without trying them.

pneumatic one looks like it costs $24.99. if only we had a place that sold cheap tools like that up here.

:laughing4: lol. i find it pretty hard to find reliable people to help me so i usually find ways to get thing done by myself. i usually pump the brakes and then stick the 2x4 between the seat and brake pedal. it has worked so far.

did you make sure the adjuster was seated properly?

i think you need to get a poor mans brake bleeding friend. i know mine has come in handy even though it does the job slowly it gets the job done.

i bet you they fix computers that have been screwed up by tuners all the time. its not like this would be the first time it has happened. at least you can say you bought the truck like that.
#880
couldn't you just get the dealer to reprogram it back to stock or for a 5.2? i don't think it could be to expensive to get them to fix it. i know if you buy a new one you would most likely have to take it to them anyway to get the vin and mileage entered into the computer.

so i guess we won't be getting a burnout video till your done?
#882
that sucks that it is not all the guy promised it was but if it has lots of power it could still be worth the money. it will be a fun ride when you are done.
#883
you should have got said burnout on video to share. you know everyone likes watching a good burnout video.
#884
as long as it runs good, no funny noises and is fast i would think it is a good deal. i would guess that 398HP is at the crank because i know people on other forums running turbo's on there 318 and they are only putting out  290RWHP,  375RWTQ.

but your 3.9 would be different than the one used in the 92 and newer trucks. plus didn't you rebuilt your 3.9? that could also help.
