Need a wheel that matches this...

I have a full set of these wheels.  They are 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern and were on an 89 Cherokee when I bought it for parts.  Now I need one more for a spare.  Can anyone even identify the wheel.  There are two different wheel centers on them.  One says "American Racing" but I have no idea if it is an American Racing wheel or not.
