as soon as the rear axle is back together and its off jack stands we can work on that.

So figured out that the front axle was a 3.55 not a 4.11 like we thought.

Currently its now a "full custom 2wd" truck, as we did not have all the parts required to get the new carrier and gears installed.

will be going back down in a few weeks to get it all back together and hope to have the spare tire carrier finished as well.

so the T12 engine was a dead loss. found another "good" engine. Its already been bored 30 over. but it is a lot cleaner than anything else I have seen so far.

Its at the machine shop now waiting its turn to get played with.

more important than pics, you need to get it running again for October!!!
