I have a friend building/restoring a 1937 Dodge Truck/wrecker. We are in search of a 318 or 360. Complete motor if possible. We are looking for something we can drop on and be able to drive it. No electronics. Noah, Eric, Will, Ron, anyone. :dontknow: You can call me, post it here, facebook.
Scrapped out all the old stuff I had, I'm out....
I don't have any motors that don't require a machine shop and a full rebuild

Hmmmm... bit of a haul for him.
Maybe a nice 1996 Guadalajara, low mileage, RC 360 Magnum would be possible!
The 360 out of the red truck was TBI and it went into a derby car.
Someday I will have a worn out 318 but not till I put a new engine in the yeller truck.
We are looking for something that we can drop in and go. Or at least a long block
Long blocks for old dodges used to be cheap... have you checked around the Junk yards?
you can get pulled used 318's or 360 magnums for 400 all day long around here.
granted you would need a new intake and a carb, then a tranny but its a start.
I have a 360 block but no crank as it was bad.
