Talking with Jungle to get the parts on their way.

Will be a major suspension upgrade.  :13:

Also will fix the rubbing issues and remove the front sway bar for better angles.

For removing rivets and bushings, an air chisel works well.

I need a better air chisel than what I got... and definitely need Noah's compressor. Mine would die if it had to do any more rivets lol.

I have done way too many on ball joints.

something like that work? or you have another one in mind?

I think i am going to go for the 118max model actually... I like the longer barrel... but it looks like the 122 may have a bit more violence dialed in @ 3500BPM vs @2500BPM .... In reality both are the best on the market  :dontknow:

What springs did you end up getting?

Ernest says he has some new chevy front springs he is giving me. going to look those over.

I am open to suggestions on the rear springs, and maybe the front after I see what Ernest has. I am not 100% sure we will even get to do the rear setup... but I am hoping so.

let me know if you want the 118 or 122... my treat for help and shop loaning.

these are the springs I used in the rear:

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/exp-13511/overview/make/chevrolet

I removed the overload spring and I had to play with different length shackles to get the ride height correct... I would also recommend ordering poly bushings from jungle to fit these as they are made for 9/16 through bolts not 5/8... I love taking a torch to brand new parts to make new parts work better (burning rubber bushings out)  :tongue3:

Front Springs:

I am pretty sure these are the same as what Eric is running... We would remove the overload spring for sure and again burn out the bushings and replace with poly to fit the 5/8 grease bolts

These could be another option for the front but would probably be rougher on the trail:

Ok just rechecked Erics front springs they are these:

We removed the overload and added a spring from his old spring pack to make it a 5 leaf pack... voodoo is involved with the front spring selection

well springs and other misc parts are being drop shipped to Noah's and I head there tomorrow after work. going to see what damage can be done (besides to my wallet).

hopefully we get all of my jungle hardware adapted and on it. maybe then I can modify these springs to reuse on the 91. it needs some help
